The two main fuse panels you’ll use on a 2007 Honda Odyssey are the engine-compartment fuse box and the interior fuse box under the driver’s side dash.
The engine-fuse box supplies fuses for engine and powertrain systems, while the interior fuse box handles cabin electronics like lights, radio, and power accessories. Some trims may also include a small rear fuse box in the cargo area; check your owner’s manual for the exact layout and fuse map for your vehicle.
Locations and access
Here are the typical locations you’ll look for on a 2007 Odyssey.
- Engine compartment fuse box: located on the driver’s side of the engine bay, near the strut tower. The black plastic cover is usually labeled FUSE/RELAY BOX and includes a diagram identifying each fuse and its amperage.
- Interior fuse box: located under the driver’s side dash in the knee area. Remove the small access panel to reveal the fuse box and the diagram on the inside of the cover.
- Rear fuse box (if equipped): located in the cargo area behind a panel on the right side. This panel houses fuses for rear electrical components. Not all vehicles have this panel; consult your manual to confirm.
Note: The exact positions and amperages are shown on the covers of each fuse box. When replacing fuses, always use the same amperage rating specified for the circuit.
Replacing fuses and reading the diagrams
Before replacing any fuse, ensure the ignition is off. For the engine compartment box, lift the cover, locate the blown fuse with the diagram, and remove it with the fuse puller or needle-nose pliers. Check the fuse for signs of a break or a melted wire, then replace it with a fuse of the same amperage rating. For the interior box, follow the same steps using the panel’s diagram. After replacement, reseal the covers securely.
