Strongly recommend Pleasant Valley Auto Repair. During a family vacation our battery indicator light came on. I called and they were able to get the car in immediately for diagnosis. In addition, they loaned us a vehicle. They found that we needed a new alternator. They were able to get the parts by the end of the day. They installed the new alternator, tensioner and belt and by noon the next day we were able to pick up the car. They really saved our vacation. Everything was done in a 24 hour period. So very appreciative of their service.

I truly wish I had this mechanic shop down where I live (3 hours away) but... will 100% use them again when at the cottage. Curtis and the team at Pleasant Valley went above and beyond on helping us out with our jeep. The whole saga of our issues started with the battery dying and replacing it lost all the programming. The dealership gave us the run around. Tried to charge an ridiculous amount to fix the issues. Curtis was in contact with them. Needless to say, the dealership was scamming us. We took the jeep back to Pleasant Valley. Curtis was able to reprogram it. He went above and beyond to help us. My hats off to the team there. Great guys, and they did good work. Thank you again.

Ryans took care of my 2004 dodge stratus SXT coupe named Emma Frost at a very reasonable price and I always got her back quickly. I just had my newer (2000 jeep grand Cherokee named Crimson Dynamo) checked out there too and again, quick and reasonably priced. These dudes do some good work and deserved the praise they receive.

Ryan's is great. They've done a great job taking care of our cars. They will actually send you a link of their inspection, and they typically will only talk about critical items on it. I recommend them to anyone.

The fact that they only have 5-star reviews on here (and every other review platform) says a lot about their business. Long story short, they treat your car like it was their own ('let's fix what's broke' attitude, not 'what can we sell this guy'). I feel like some mechanics approach a customer as 'what can I get out of this guy right now' vs 'how do I make this person a life-long customer', They are definitely of the latter. Professional work, reliable scheduling/service, and most importantly, honest dialogue. I've been unsatisfied with other shops I've dealt with in the area, but got recommended to come here from a friend. I guarantee you I won't be taking my truck anywhere else, and I recommend this shop without reservation.
